Al Bahr Towers is a development in the emirate of Abu Dhabi consisting of two 29-storey, 145m–high towers. The tower comprises 100,755sqm covered area with two car parking basements, a plant room, restaurants and catering area and storage spaces.

 It is the first large-scale commercial project in the world to feature a dynamic, intelligent facade that cools or insulates the building in direct response to the sun’s movement.
